*We've upgraded every surface of the first floor: Hardwood, granite, cabinets, gourmet island, recessed lighting. We did opt to exclude a fireplace. Minimal upgrades to second floor, and unfinished basement.
I love your choices. Are the little squares for your backsplash? They are beautiful. We opted to get the morning room in the Florence as well. We didn't do the finished basement either, we figured we could always finish it later with little expense.
